Battery temperature on phone was excellent. This is with prepping the rocket twice. This confirms the new sleeping software code until ready to launch mitigates overheating risks.
Attempt to use AeroTech ematch with 9V battery did not work. Battery prior: 9.4V, after 9.1V so system tried really hard fire the match.
I switched igniter to Tim's eMatch with pyrogen? Tim, what exactly was this again, instructions of how to make? I want to know, system and match worked excellent.
I will upgrade my launcher to use two 9V batteries in series: 9V+9V=18V. That should allow any igniter to work including AeroTech. This stays consistent with the goal of keeping it very portable and lightweight.
The only issue I see with the new bay is that the main chute bulkhead (bottom of bay on this rocket) did not have a full seal. This is the bulkhead that is uncut (the top bulkhead has a slice taken out of it). The seal issue wasn't bad as no smoke got in bay, I can tell from the video. However, the leakage caused the barometer in the stratologger to register the rocket under 500 feet. The false read caused the backup charge to blow about a half second after primary charge, not simultaneous but I don't like it. I'll use silicone sealant to make a gasket tight fit.
The launch system worked great. Live telemetry reporting was awesome.
I see a few very minor software improvements needed. Overall it worked beautifully.
I'm trying some new video editing techniques as I have some excellent footage. I hope to have something together by end of next weekend.
The AT K270 broke the previous same motor altitude record holder by 326 feet. This is due to no longer holding the heavy GRMS radio.
It was a great day out there, I had a lot of fun!

Tim, your eMatch worked great, what type of chemical was on it? Is it something you made or did you order it? If you made it, how?
Home made, Boron - Potassium nitrate & Viton. Some guy sold me most of the chems but just last week they started selling a kit with same ingredients. That;s the same thing I used when we tested your launcher last month. I had AT motor & had to use my igniter when you told me it was only 9V system. Some of mine are just dipped e-matches for 9 volt use and some are home made igniter wires as well. Here is a link to the kit.

Any way to upload word file?
Not everywhere but you should be able to Add Standard File to attach a word file to a rocket or launch. If you need it elsewhere, let me know and I'll see if I can add it. Also, let me know if you can't get it to work.
