SECOND FLIGHT
2014-09-12 20:00:00ZDescription
Rebuilt Phoenix, rebuilt shock cord loop inside tube, 2 keychain camera's, Hoping for a successful flight at low altitude to prove flight worthy for dual deployment. Jason will inspect rocket, Z ties in shock cord, YES Very successful flight, lots of pictures taken and video's. 2 on board video's worked perfect. Delay was set to 9 sec, which was 2 sec too long !! But no zippers. Rocket was already dangerously banking down when the parachute opened ! Landed just a few feet away from the launch pad, just perfect angle set at 7 degrees for 6mph winds.
