Great flight but battery again at 8.1 and high deployment parachuting speed at 300 feet !

Battery was a 2S Lipo so it was good to go! No drogue.

Freddy not sure what you mean by high speed deployment? Main opens at 500', might not fully open for a bit. It freefalls at 60-80 fps. Main usually falls at 20-25 fps. All normal for me. Please explain your concern.

Tim... I was just referring to the decent speed.... I did not know that ot was free fall and that the chute was set to open at 500 feet..Mine is set like 700 (default)....sorry for the concern but hat explains the high(er) speed that I was seeing... I was thinking that the chute was tangled or so.

Nope, I always open my main at 500'. The only time I open main higher is when I am flying really heavy rockets like my L3 (900') & my Wildman Extreme (700'). Otherwise, 500' works well!
