Shooting for 9k', just under mach 1.
Update: Actual altitude 8837', backup altimeter saud 8773'. Nice flight except my camera locked up on take off and the motor was a beautiful red flame which I did not get to capture :(
All eyes were on this rocket but we lost sight of it after apogee event. We heard the main event but no one saw it land. Rocket landed about 0.3 miles due east of pad on side of road - no damage!
Also had Mobius camera on board but apparently memory card was full so no video.
Stratologger data needs cleaning up, velocity was higher than expected. Might have exceded Mach 1!
And yes Freddy, if you are reading this - I used Lipo batteries :)
Edit: I cleaned up the straologger data file. Guess the Stratologger doen't do mach very well??
