Internal ejection power pod features vertical stabilizer fins. Comes ready-to-assemble with die-cut parts and two-color decals.
Scissors-Wing Flight Profile
The new Scissors-Wing Transport represents a major advancement in boost-glider technology. This unique glider has a flight configuration at lift-off which looks like that of a rocket. It launches straight up with its main wing held parallel to the body tube. Shortly after reaching apogee, the engine's ejection charge jettisons the internal power pod causing a weight shift and the pivoting of the main wing to a perpendicular glide position. Then, setting into gentle glide, the Scissors-Wing begins its majestic descent to earth. The power pod is recovered via parachute.
