Lunar Libration
Description
Scratch design and built for E cluster performance and dual deploy using min diameter for a stratologger. Charge cups are expended T casings. Lunar Libration is the apparent motion of the moon (wobbling) that allows us to see 58% of the face. Since Libration sounds like Libation the decaling shows the man on the moon with a martini glass. The side mounted strap ons eject the nose cone, but no parachute.
